To submit your work to this web site, you need to meet the following criteria:

1 ] You need to be a current or past Photographic Art student at the University of Wales, Newport.

2 ] The image needs to have a maximum size along the longest edge of 1024 pixels.  As a rough estimate, this could produce an image of about 1 megabyte.

3 ] Images must be in either JPG or PNG format and file names must be in lower case, with no empty spaces in the file names.

4 ] Where the images are being accepted in connection with a specific show or exhibition, we suggest that an artists statement is also submitted.

5 ] If you have a specific display or background request, please let us know.

6 ] Please have a look at current work on display to get an idea of what is required.

7 ] Under the terms of our hosting agreement, we are unable to display images of what could be considered a “Pornographic” nature.  

8 ] The display of any images is at the discretion of the webmaster and hosting company.

9 ] While not compulsory, it is recommended that all artists upload a short “CV” about themselves and their work.

10 ] We would recommend that you include your contact information such as your own web site, email address, etc. If you are looking for potential work from this web site.
